Kcal Extra, Monthly Meal Plans. This brand is closely related to the parent Kcal brand but has a slightly different look and feel. Maintaining the iconic shape of the Kcal logo, it chooses blue over green as the blue colour is thought to put people at ease as it communicates trustworthiness, stability, loyalty, preservation, science and courage. Indeed Kcal is all about eating healthy and adopting an active lifestyle, whereas Kcal Extra focusses more on monthly plans, dieting and achieving goals. A well rounded circle has been added to suggest energy and harmony and to attract attention and emphasis on the word Extra. A systematic approach to UXD was applied to this brand as it was activated mainly online.
